Use during meditation or during reiki/energy sessions to help you more easily calm the mind and slip into the alpha, theta, and delta wave ranges, strengthening the areas of the brain responsible for memory, learning, attention, and emotional control. Use at bedtime to increase lucid dreaming and create a subconsciously “wakeful” sleep state.
